Your programme includes seven personalised remote sessions each month, together with a personalised introductory phase that allows your sessions and protocols to be tailored before continuing as part of your ongoing support.

No. There is nothing you need to actively do during your session. Many people simply continue with their day or choose to relax while their personalised support is taking place.
Drinking water after your session is recommended.
Where possible, it is also recommended to avoid receiving other energetic or complementary treatments within 36 hours either side of your session.
As responses vary from person to person, if you feel unusually tired or light-headed following a session, it is recommended that you wait until you feel fully alert before driving, operating machinery or undertaking activities requiring your full attention.
